Vendor to provide details of property.

Agreement Form

Vendor to sign the Auction Agreement Form before the commencement of marketing the property.

Inspection and Viewings

Vendor to allow / arrange for SRI Auction Team to inspect and take photos / videos of the property and to conduct viewings and open houses, if necessary.

Appoint Solicitor

Vendor to appoint own solicitor to prepare the Particulars and Conditions of Sale and send the engrossed copy to SRI Auction Team at least one (1) to two (2) weeks before the auction date.

Reserve Price

Vendor to provide the reserve price prior to the Auction.

Other Notes

Vendor to note that the auction expenses will not be refundable in the event the vendor decides to withdraw the property from auction sale on or before the auction event.

Vendor undertakes to pay SRI Pte Ltd our agreed commission if the property is sold within our sole agency period either by us / any other agent / person / vendor and even if the instruction is to the withdraw the property from auction sale.
